The Doherty trial results were announced Mar 2021. Did Derek apply for EUA approval then? NO.
When they did submit to TGA, September 2021, rather than submit for EUA to get us into the market, they instead chose to apply for FULL Approval! Of course there would be many hurdles they'd need to go through.
The dodgy Chinese RAT distributors knew this so of course they all applied for EUA!
