I don't know...It doesn't sound too bad to me. Basically MWE is going to pay to get the operation up and running and it sounds like Bill had no plans for it in the next couple of years given everything else that is happening. 35% or would it be 25% as 10% goes to the local populace? Improves the companies cash flow to explore other targets and given the rest of the tenements that AVM owns that can't be too bad...I'll wait and see but I think this is what has been driven the price up.
