solagran have a great deal with getting the 50% subisidy for patients.(half of probable pricing cost $2000.)
and then they get the 55+% tax if other methods are unnsuccesful.
the subsidy had to come from somewhere, just turned out to be solagrans bottom line.
- not probable situation though as they wont work there with 55%. just a funny thought i had.
