I have given Myer 2 months.. i keep getting emails saying they will recess refund.. then that they have.. but bought through PayPal and no refund has been made. Last email received today saying once again that i have been refunded. Off shore customer service with people with random first names only replying in a patronizing way. Online customer service system probably works when everything is fine, but this refund has not been processed, or it has been given to someone else, and they won't take my word or PayPal confirmation... they just keep saying same thing over and over, and will not tell me how to escalate this to a complaint with Myer so someone can look into it properly.. no matter how many times i ask for that info (no info on that available on line). Very frustrating. I have had no choice but to raise a dispute via PayPal to try to get my money back!
