Have sent my NO vote to resolutions at the coming G M to let them know shareholders would like some improvements eg responding to shareholders, having an independent director, a commitee on remuneration, transparency in share dealings etc. Encourage any? other s/holders to do the same. This is a good little co but it could be a great one with a corresponding increase in shareprice, a win/win for management and us if they actually believe in best governmence for ALL. Unfort if nothing happens and they keep increasing their remunerations up tp 26% , well snouts in the trough and other conclusions will have to be considered.
