Hard to be confident with the past info on these governments and GJ's comments not long ago saying they have been finalizing the key conditions at this sensitive time. SP is still a bit away from TO price.
If other players have done their research and waiting for conventions then it will be a mighty busy 3 weeks for Hanlong to secure funding whilst other potential offers come in, (thats if Hanlong will continue on) If the resource is huge and quality of the resource is excellent, how can it be worth just 57c per share...... Surely another bid will come in, Hanlong will accept and make a tidy profit from their holdings
