abdm raises good points for licensing, also a licensing agreement with a large cap company would reduce the likelyhood of a take over for NRT due to its low market cap , as then the licensed company would also need to be taken out by the takeover company if the takeover company's ulterior motive was to mothball NRT's patented technology
