Only 0.9% grade,
Only 65% conversion,
Capex ~50% of LTRs KV.
Flat price assumption of $2.5k per annum to
2036.
Awful.
Significant share price dilution likely in my opinion.
I hate to say it, but on my analysis GL1 is still overpriced.
