If management are serious about developing this resource they must start buying on market at these levels and calling in the troops for support.
You can't raise $500m to build a mine for a $200M market cap company or less.
The time for management to act is now - otherwise its game over for them and holders.
Even a strategic cap raising at a premium to MIN or another big player would be helpful!!
