It's not uncommon. I am also in HAS and the director CL has been buying all the way down to its ATL today.
These exploration/pre-production companies just have to stop spending so much cash on drilling like it's water.
GT1 which spends 10M+ every quarter in drilling is also at its ATL.
Only DLI with decent cash backing is going back up slowly.
Market doesn't care about the potential of the project, it only cares about its financial position. GLN is the next one to be f*ed for its current cash position.
