I don't have a valuation as such - we need to wait for the DFS. It will depend on cost to develop the mine (open pit, underground, or both?), assumed Li price, ongoing cost of production, etc. That will give us a Net Present Value (NPV) on which to base a valuation.
I am just putting some confidence in the price of lithium being much higher by 2028 than it is today in saying that it is currently undervalued.
I think the trend is there already for increasing use of Li batteries in cars and for battery storage in the home and electricity grids. It is just a question of when demand exceeds supply again (Macquarie says 2026-2028 but I would like to see what other analysts think).
