seems like PE profit selling then buying!!

given what they paid, relatively poor earnings whilst held, and 14 years has gone by...anyone hazard a guess as to return on capital invested??

just wonder if GNC has snaffled a couple of properties or smaller assets off the malting business, or is it basically intact? they did load a bit more debt into it for the spinoff I guess, but then again they took on big borrowings to buy

GNC were selling for $300m a liquid or gas storage business they held here and in NZ a few years ago..the ACCC intervened, think it went ahead but at a lower price ...not sure if that was held by malting business

someone may be able to help out here?
