To me if this company was viable it would stay on the listed...

To me if this company was viable it would stay on the listed board, but instead you now have you put up with a company that doesnt face any listed scrutiny. The listing comes at a price, but it does protect shareholders to some extent (even if it doesnt always shine).
I get annoyed when I see this as it means that management doesnt have a clue about how to navigate through and instead raising capital to execute on their strategy they go backwards and delist to make some short term savings.
