I don't know.. Allen Gray will tender, no doubt. Because I know its holding cost is pretty much the same as mine at $1.28. The difference is Allen holds BRS for much longer than me and I only hold it for less than 2 months. With the news released, Allen will tender.

Allen's 18% plus today's 31% will pretty much close the deal effectively but really, still a little bit scared for some unsure risk...

Before seeing your kind reply, I tend to sell it at $1.485. After reading your post, I change my mind to wait for the deal to happen. But find it difficult to execute the Cancel order in the system maybe it is too busy so amend it to $1.53 to prevent the sell.
