Sydney - Monday - August 4: (RWE Aust Business News) -
Realestate.com.au Ltd (ASX:REA) has announced the departure of managing
director and CEO Simon Baker, effective immediately.
CFO Georg Chmiel has been appointed as acting CEO until a
replacement is announced.
The company also said its results for the year to June 30 will be
strong.
Unaudited figures show revenue of between $152 million and $156
million (up by 41-46pc from last year) and EBITDA of between $35 million
and $37 million (up by 49-57pc).
The number of paying agents stood at 22,400 at June 30, an
increase of 5,400 from 2007.
