Certainly no poster seems to have picked that it will be a foreign company currently not operating here but I reckon I may have got the closest with this comment from the last para.to my post on 12 November:-

"Until we get the official ann. from MEO I am not prepared to accept the delays have resulted from one simple farm-in agreement with any of the companies that have an existing significant presence in the Carnarvon basin"

Officially in the tipping comp. my first choice was Sinopec.
