    So the committment IS going to happen.
    The CR IS justified.
    The prob of success IS now 40%
    The farminee IS a major multinational
    Approval process IS transparent and has apparently never not been given

    Now the big point. The share price IS CURRENTLY 50 CENTS!! :-)
