Does Nkwe need Genorah? They could have the rights transfered to Nkwe. They are BEE heavy anyway with Blue Nightingale's 30%.
Reading the ASX release dated 15 May 2006 about Blue Nightingale becoming Nkwe's BEE, it seems to suggest that they were going to bring the farms to the party. 4 months later Genorah drops from the sky and lists as a company in Sept. 06 (keep things arm length?)
One may think it's about time Blue Nightingale earned it's 30%.
