sounds like you are in a good mad position, 07 would have been a good time to buy. the return on it sounds very good.

what to from here?

my opinion is the area has so much more growth to come on top of what already has occurred. look at the resources around it, endless coal in the bowen basin for one and a solid port system for asia. coal will continue to be used for many years, although not liked it is a cheap and easy way for energy, specially with population growth.

i for one will continune to monitor the area for more property.
