    Guys,

    Any views on whether a Land and House Package for circa 500k would be a worthwhile investment?

    My research tells me rent is on the up and new properties could achieve 600-1000 per week rent as the LNG projects develop and employment increases in the area...

    Could it be another mining town like Karratha, Kalgoorlie and Port Hedland??
