    They are building houses like mad. I was there for easter. Surely the supply will quickly catch up.

    It Might be too late or it might hold up for another 10 years as LNG construction continues. I'd be worried about the smelter shutting down and job losses or what happens once construction has peaked and only a third of the people are required to work at the LNG plants?

    Lots of FIFO work at Gladstone for now.

    Interesting news a while ago was talk of building another coal port at port alma, why not buy a house with 40 - 100 Acres at Bajool half way between rocky and gladstone for the same money.
