When he started talking about dodgy deals on the phone she tried to steer the conversation away from it. She knew but she just didn't want to know. Either way she has a responsibility to report what was happening or at the very least cut ties immediately.
Daniel Andrews has zero to do with this so if your argument involves him it's a pretty weak argument.
