This is a joke, the evidence is clearly against her and she says one thing asking Daryl to resign but claims sainthood for herself. its a joke. For all we know Gladys could be the king pin. It makes one wonder what deck of cards are some with Liberal connections like ScoMo worrying about??
What is interesting here is the meetings with publicans some with criminal records apparently. Especially since pubs have been an interesting dynamic in Wagga where pokies are pushed in a pub war locally with at least one of the aggressors with supposed links to Liberal associates with many pubs around the state. Pubs appear to be one of the markets with bigger business aggressors participating chasing local coin.
I cannot speak for other areas but problem gambling on pokies machines is a real concern as opposed to texas holden that was banned in NSW pubs recently during coVid. Activity has fallen in many areas as a result and coincidently pokie turnover has not been as affected. It appears some with political connections wield a lot of influence in the markets in the area and clearly that has escaped the eye of the ACCC regarding any market manipulation to gain profit and social expense pushing more into poverty via gaming. It seems the humble pub is big business these days seeking political/regulatory support to gain advantage with elitist connections to the possible detriment of the region and other regions around the state and country
