If Bonitas are wrong, I would love to see a class action initiated to sue Bonitas and its directors for losses suffered if it turns out they have misled and deceived investors causing some to sell down their shares on the strength of the representations Bonitas have very clearly have made to the market with a view to pushing the share price down. I don't in principle consider shorting wrong, but if they are going to promote a false hypothesis, then they have to pay for their sins.
If Bonitas are wrong, I would love to see a class action...
