yes i do agree with you about the deterioration in announcements. However they did do improvements in consultation with Baiada which are probably one-offs and a certain amount will be clawed back in payments at a later date, re: RFF (it's their buildings, it's their chattel)
i can't see a contract broiler raising 9% of Australia's chicken flock going out of business suddenly. Either people stop eating chicken, or Steggles/Baiada are happy to have chaos in their supply chain over what are essentially infrastructure upgrades. But these are the problems with Ag.... along with drought, hail, floods, lack of credit. It will pass, assuming they really weren't falsifying payments
