Sasa - The continuous disclosure requirements of the Corps Act would require the disclosure of a material event at the time it occurs. In this respect a breach would occur if a company delayed making an announcement until a quarterly was due. From this, we can infer that any material information would have been disclosed by now, if it exists and it hasn't been disclosed before.
OBE1 - excellent and well balanced post - the main game must be the production of an assured income stream. Once this is secure, the level of desperation on HotCopper should recede (although it's perfectly understandable given the global economic and political uncertainties).
