Why participate in the SPP when you can buy on market for the same price now (albeit pay the commission) but you own them in now and can participate in any of the gains between now and the close of the SPP. You will also share in any decrease in share price Why wait?? If the Company's idea was to give shareholders the same offer as the Soph Investors well it has backfired because you can buy on market for at or less than the SPP. Should have been offered at the same time as the SI's in my opinion to have any chance of getting up. For what it is worth I have thrown my offer documents in the bin and bought on marker.
