Glass half full vs Glass half empty, page-198

I have no doubt there will be some sort of class action but there are any number of companies on the asx still trading with class action hanging over their heads and some are still going strong. Has BAL been settled yet?

I'm not panicked by the class action but I wont be buying more until the selling calms down. It looked like someone big was getting out today as each time buys built up around the $1 mark they were wiped out.

I sold most today to put the money aside for a complete collapse in the share price. Having said that my holding is hardly worth mentioning now.

Just on a class action if you are new I wouldn't be expecting a lot of your money back they benefit the lawyers much more than the shareholders.
