Thanks for your reply, but for me, it makes better sense to hold; and yes I understand that the losses are material from a company perspective. I’m not kidding myself, it’s a total gamble from here on in! But i’m very long so I’d probably get less than a buck per share on a successful class action, or I can sell now for less then a buck and miss any opportunity to make more than a buck per share. I have of course also factored in the opportunity cost of not moving my now small investment elsewhere.
