When you come out and state for the first time that only half of your contracts progress to revenue generating stage this late in the game the wording AFR used is far more appropriate obviously.
This is a company running with non-binding contracts which means that it's really easy to sign lots of clients but also very easy for their clients to drop them at any moment. Classifying them as a high risk business model is putting it mildly in my view. Combined with their obviously loose reporting methods - this is about as bad an investment as there is going around.
