Both of these non-aligned companies are world renowned for their ESG standards.
The Glass Lewis report was enlightening for me to understand what happened with the employee who resigned making serious allegations regarding a drilling contract against Mr Welker's partner Mr Williams. Mr Williams, Mr Welker and Mr Nickeas who is a proposed board member all had interests in this drilling contract.
