    It's a comprehensive and well thought out report. Would share but it is copyrighted I believe.

    My summary, they dont believe Vitrinite parties version of events. They do believe the companies version of events.

    Why would Australian shareholders pass effective control of the company to a group of yanks who dont think it is 'significant' for related party transactions to go unreported? What will they want to do next? Beggars belief and as they hold 19.9% shareholders have to be diligent in voting or Vitrinite and co will get away with it. The cynic in me says they want the bank balance.

    The companies response in case people haven't read it.

    Seems all the non-aligned experts (ISS and Glass Lewis) are saying don't have a bar of any board change from this mob.

    The Australian newspaper has taken the issue up as well.
