Pretty much the same chatter was going around when Simon Crowther was leading NEA few years back. Some glassdoor comments, toxic work environment driving employees away, the SP going down... It turned out Credit Suisse was selling a big chunk of its shares gradually (at loss). See it as a great buying opportunity! or wait a little bit more to see if you can get in from a lower price.
