Have just found the reviews on glassdoor.com.au from former & current employees. What gives?

I have a bunch of shares in NEA and I'm keen for the ride to continue but I find the comments a little disconcerting. I'm going to assume the company knows what its doing but the reviews aren't particularly flattering.

I'm not a particularly frequent visitor here and I'm glad there's generally plenty of positive sentiment which is great. Assuming the party is going to continue for a while :)
