Another shorter's BS. The format is always this:"if Quintis is doing well, why ABC is happening? Therefore Quintis must be bad." It's like kids saying:"2+2 not equ to 1, not equ to 2, therefore 2+2 must equ to 3. Because 1,2,3 are the only numbers I know".
Every words in the report is "guessing".
