I dont know about the rest of you but to me it seems as though the PLS aspect of that announcement is a discrete part of the announcement. It appears that the announcement relates to a broader asset reorganisation of GLC which may be shelved due to timing of the PLS deal.
This part in particular suggests as much:
"the company decided to terminate planning of this major asset reorganization, further deliberations when the relevant conditions to be fully met."
Any native speakers can confirm?
