I took commissioning to mean the commissioing phase, the testing and preparation of individual sections of the test loop in preparation for then being put into service or the start up phase of the project. This phase is where they start and run it 24/7 to prove reliability and attain trl6.
I didn't take put into service to mean producing product other than samples.
Whether gle builds a plant as they say in Paducah or go for some other site first to me isn't important at all and time will tell. It's the size of that plant and time untill construction that matters.
I know you, bb and I think perhaps bocky? (Sorry if I'm wrong bocky) think that production will probably occur at Wilmington first and I'm not saying that's impossible. Although I'll bet the three of you two beers to one that the first plant of any substantial size ( greater that 1 mill swu) will be built at Paducah not Wilmington. Payable at the first agm after we agree.
