I am with the Silex Board and Scaggs on this one.
The board go over these reports in great detail and if they say 2027/2028 then 2027 is a possibilty. I am not saying it is the most likely outcome just that it is a possibility. I am not discounting your experience as stated. I am just saying if there is enough motivation in terms of money and support that it could be 2027
After 23 1/2 years as a shareholder we are now in the home stretch. For some of the newer shareholders they may consider the next few years as a long wait. It should be well worth it. The US government is very motivated to secure both enrichment and conversion capacity as well as to deal with the legacy of decades of gaseous diffusion. Silex is the answer. At least they are finially asking the question
