I believe it was Zog who found the article from the DoE stating that 2024 was when sales would start?

I get the feeling that something changed not long after GLE won the contract for Paducah, back then it was stated that a license for Paducah had been sought from the NRC and that the NRC said it would happen in a certain timeframe, that is what changed I believe?

Probably because they want to verify the Wilmington plant first before they start Paducah, the Pilot at Wilmington could be starting construction in 2018, it will then take around two years to build and some time to verify after that, once they know what the capabilities of the Wilmington plant are they can then decide which way to move is what I am reading, if all goes well they will build a full commercial plant at Wilmington and at the same time they will finish the licensing and start construction of Paducah this should all be finished around 2024.

If the pilot at Wilmington doesn't pan out as expected I believe they will scrap any further plans for Wilmington and they will go ahead with a full 6MSWU plant at Paducah which they will need a license for and it will take around two years to build, starting around 2022, so if that happens? Paducah will end up with two plants, not one is my belief.
