Given that they have already had to submit a revised mine plan, (initially were hoping to be mining in June) then I would think the chances of it being declined are slim?
You bring up an important point about the weather though, I wonder what the implications of being delayed thus far have on executing the mine plan within the planned time frame. I.e will it still take 6 months to complete or by starting closer into the wet season will it likely have more delays?
