Now that Glencore have over 5% - do they have to announce...

Now that Glencore have over 5% - do they have to announce progressive increases to the ASX as a "substantial holder" ?

So if we see none of those notices - we can assume they are sitting on their 6.5% for the time being.
Maybe talking to other large holders -
Also, surely as neighbours for years the two companies talk to one another.
