Oh please ..... comparison with POS is a little desperate .... they need Nickel at $6.50 a pound to be "economical". And for comparison, look at the POS shareprice in June compared to now - well over 50% falls.
And it is the plight of companies like POS that is exactly the reason I have been buying heavily into SIR and IGO. The offtake agreements are in place, project funding has been improved, I recally the quarterly says it is ahead of time and the best part, even in a commodity price crisis like now, they can produce at a profit.
I would rather hold a company in the lowest quartile of AISC, sitting on top tier assets, one of the few able to make a profit during a crisis and likely to be sitting in the best position to grow the company through acquisitions. Unless you are borrowing the money and fear a margin call, just ignore the fluctuations or seize the opportunity if you have some dry powder.
