yatchy, you seem unable to see past the percentage ownership that Glencore currently holds.
legally binding agreements were signed between IBG and Glencore over a decade ago.
legal agreements operate independently of shareholding percentages (unless the agreement stipulates required holdings).
everyone needs to read these documents again, as they are the basis of the dispute.
