If this is all true why not set a timeline for JD and if no delivery then vote him out. Why not give him till say November this year then if no financing ask him to resign and move on or put it to a vote. Why sit there taking no action year after year. I think top share holders need to start talking and putting forward some motions and timelines and if not met mean management change.
