A better set of Qs to ask are why didn't Glencore make a move on the asset instead of dragging their feet just putting up Rep on the board. Do you think their legal issue is due to no board representation or just an excuse to keep draining the finances, a death by slow dilution? Afterall whatever they spend on legal advice is not even small change from their cash balance while it is a big deal for JD and Co.
Unless you are close to the grapevine rumors/info you will get a better idea through market trading with large volume as your confirmation of money flowing in. Currently only fresh punters getting in while stale punters couldn't hack the "quick money grabbing opportunity". Our resident Taronga has not reported a change of holding % so I will assume just little dumb money looking to bottom pick??
