Short of a full takeover, this is basically correct.
I am pretty much on the record as waiting now for the eventual takeover.
If they go for it in July, they unfortunately are likely to pick it up at far less than they would later due to the current problems.
Disappointing, yes, but we may have to all grin and probably accept it.
