    Dear All

    Just to clarify slightly - it is 6 months not 3 months for each 3% under the creep provisions. However, by our rough calculations there is about 2% left or about 9 million shares that Glencore can acquire in the current 6 months cycle without triggering the requirement for a full takeover.
