Well all from what I've seen a Glencore I.P.O. is real, and RCP and it Shareholders should be given an Entltlement because of the way Glencore via Singpac Investment Holdings have deserted RCP Shares over the last Three or Four Years.
It seems very possible, DCM and La Jolla may know more than their 'Morning Prayers'.
