moore, I have gone and read your LYC post (memory 9 thumbs), thus you should be able to do the numbers. What I can assure you is that LYC has the likelihood of another 25% to 40% (high end) on the current market cap over your suggested tim-frame, AVB has between 150% to 250% over the same period. At the end of the day we all play markets differently, my sound advice to you would be sell half of your LYC holdings and buy AVB today - then look back in 3 to 5 years.
