    Dear Venuci

    Glencore is required to report significant movements by way of ASX announcements.

    It was at 85.54% as at 29 September and we should expect a further announcement tomorrow.

    Unfortunately, it is closing in rapidly on the 93.38% required for compulsory acquisition.
